If we do not do the inner work, our subconscious programs, processes and patterns will determine the course of our life.

We have a choice.

The deeply dark parts have to be looked at, confronted, in order to evolve. When the shadow and the light don't meet and have the alchemical wedding, the psyche will split, and in extreme cases will become fragmented. In any case, victims will be made, from this core wound that is not acknowledged.

Hurt people hurt people.

The light within is so magnificent, so brilliant, it can overcome and stand anything. The darkness is there to be seen, understood and not necessarily dissolve but integrated.

If this doesn't happen, humans become a big mess.
